one sunnah i’d like to see revived

Ammar ibn Yasir (ra) reports that he heard the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: “Prolonging salah and shortening one’s khutbah is a sign of one’s understanding of the religion. So, prolong the prayer and shorten the khutbah.”

Of course, I don’t know what is considered a shortened khutbah + a prolonged prayer, but if I could place bets, I’d bet it wouldn’t be 45 minutes to an hour long khutbah + a 5 minute salat.
